Get Tested Or Vaccinated Before Your Spring Break Trip
Spring break is finally here! It’s time to celebrate with your friends & family on the beach somewhere. To protect yourself and your loved ones, ensure you get tested before and upon returning. Are you vaccinated? If so, make sure you’re entirely up to date with your vaccines. If not, visit Dr. Mom’s office, and we can get you vaccinated.

Protect Yourself During Your Trip
Get vaccinated
The best way to protect yourself and others is to get vaccinated. Vaccinations help slow the spread of COVID-19. You’re less likely to get sick, which means more fun during your spring break trip if you’re vaccinated.
Wear a mask
If you’re on the beach, you may be able to get away without wearing a mask if you have the appropriate distance. But you should always wear a mask indoors in low ventilated areas.
Keep others at a distance & wash your hands
Stay at least 6-10 feet away from others and avoid touching your nose, mouth, and eyes unless you have washed your hands.
